How to Delete Your Data
You can request the deletion of your Keola account and all associated data at any time. We offer two ways to do this:
Option 1: Delete from Settings
If you have access to your Keola account, you can delete your account directly from the app:
- Log in to your Keola account at keola.ai.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Scroll to the Delete Account section.
- Click "Delete Account" and confirm the action.
Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to support@keola.ai with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include the email address associated with your Keola account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials.
- All meal logs, photos, and nutritional data.
- Blood panel results and health biomarkers.
- Supplement tracking history.
- AI coaching history and personalization data.
- WhatsApp message history associated with your account.
- Any stored images (meal photos, blood panel uploads).
Processing Time
Account deletions initiated from Settings are processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Facebook Login Users
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also request data deletion through Facebook. Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, find Keola, and select Remove. This will notify us to delete your data. Alternatively, use either of the methods above.
